Wie schon im letzten Jahr präsentiert der unabhängige Abfüller Hunter Laing zum Feis Ile (The Islay Festival of Music and Malt findet in diesem Jahr vom 25. Mai bis zum 2. Juni statt) neue Bottlings in seiner Reihe The Kinship – auf Deutsch Die Verwandtschaft. Anders als im letzten Jahr – es gab sechs Islay-Abfüllungen – sind diesmal auch Brennereien aus anderen Whiskyregionen vertreten.
Erhältlich sind diese Abfüllungen ab Freitag, 10:00 Uhr, und zwar im Ardnahoe Shop auf Islay. Und auch eine Änderung zum Vorjahr: Die Preise wurden 2018 gleich mit veröffentlicht, was allerdings die Bottlings nicht unbedingt günstiger macht.

The second range of our THE KINSHIP series
Today we are delighted to present the second range of our THE KINSHIP series – six bottlings created to mark the Islay Festival 2018, and our construction of Ardnahoe Distillery. As last year, each bottling has been hand selected by Jim McEwan and will form the basis of his two tastings to be held during the Festival. Each bottle is numbered, and comes in a presentation gift tube. As always, they are bottled without added colouring or chill filtration. The range will go on sale on Islay at 10am on Friday 25th May from the Ardnahoe Shop, Islay House Square, Bridgend. The six bottlings are:
