Zum letzten Mal in diesem Jahr verkostet Serge Valentin eine Auswahl an Blends und Blended Malts, aktuelle ebenso wie solche, die schon Staub angesetzt haben. Die Bandbreite der Benotungen ist heute enorm – sie reicht von gerade einmal 40 Punkten (was de facto gerade noch trinkbar bedeutet) bis zu 91 Punkten (für einen Blended Scotch von House of Hazelwood, der 56 Jahre reifen durfte).
