Die erste legale Brennerei auf Islay beschäftigt uns heute weiter: Serge Valentin verkostet heute ein Trio relativ aktueller junger Bowmores und gönnt sich danach noch jede Menge 89er. Durch die Bank verteilt er gute bis sehr gute Bewertungen. Einzig die Abfüllung der Old Malt Cask Reihe ist ein Ausreißer nach unten, wobei die Beschreibung sich spannend anhört, dieser Whisky wohl nicht seinen Geschmack getroffen hat.
